I attempted it once under Vista when I tried to do Anytime Upgrade from Vista Home Basic to Business on my sister in laws notebook, but discovered this was not supported. The Windows Team did an excellent job with the user experience. Today we take a look at the improved Windows Anytime Upgrade feature in Windows 7, first introduced in Vista.
